1. Eligibility for Returns
Fresh Produce: Due to the perishable nature of vegetables, returns must be requested within 24 hours of delivery if the product is damaged, spoiled, or not as described.
NonPerishable Items: For packaged or nonperishable agro products, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery with a valid receipt.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unconsumed, and accompanied by any labels, documentation, or promotional items included with the order.

2. Refunds
Full Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Partial Refunds: May be granted if:
Products show signs of partial use.
Items are not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Shipping Charges: Refunds exclude delivery charges unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged goods).

3. Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it with the correct product at no additional cost.
Exchanges must be requested within 24 hours of delivery for fresh produce and 3 days for nonperishable items.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

Contact your bank, as processing delays can occur.

6. Important Notes
Quality Check: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Claims for damaged or spoiled produce must be made immediately.
Time Limits: Requests made after the stated periods (24 hours for fresh produce, 3 days for nonperishables) cannot be accepted.
Customer Responsibility: Ensure proper storage of vegetables after delivery; we cannot accept returns for spoilage due to improper handling.
